Gurobi and DecisionOpt, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Management Centre, IIM Bangalore, invite industry practitioners to an exclusive workshop at IIM Bangalore. Agentic AI is opening up new possibilities for how organisations build and use advanced analytics and mathematical optimisation solutions.
This industry-focused workshop will explore how Agentic AI can support the optimisation lifecycle, from understanding data and developing models to testing, debugging, validating, and visualising solutions.
Participants will also get an update on the latest Gurobi capabilities and practical insights into modelling techniques, solver performance, and approaches for making AI-assisted optimisation workflows more reliable.

Meet the Speakers
Dr. Anurag Ladage
Manager - Technical Account Management APJ, Gurobi Optimization
Anurag holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from IIT Bombay and Monash University, with research focused on mathematical optimization and scheduling. Before joining Gurobi, he was a Senior Operations Research Scientist at Optym, where he developed optimization models and scalable heuristics for transportation scheduling.
Dr. Arvind Kumar
Partner, DecisionOpt
Dr. Arvind Kumar is a Partner at DecisionOpt with 20+ years of experience applying Operations Research and optimization across railways, airlines, warehousing, and fulfillment. A Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Florida and B.Tech from IIT Madras, he specializes in optimization, algorithm design, and AI-driven decision-making.
